Early On
The Pruneridge Farm Golf Course, located at 400 Saratoga Ave. in Santa Clara, was established in 1964 on the former site of a large prune orchard. Some 40+ years later and it’s still a popular place to hit the links. I must give credit to the folks at what is now called “Pruneridge Golf Club” as they have kept the original signage. No longer serving steak and lobster. Hats off for at least preserving the giant golf ball. They just don’t make signs like this anymore.

Today, there are 79 units at Pruneridge Place with an active Home Owner Association. Amenities for all residents include Golf, Swimming and Tennis.
